These Archaic petroglyphs of Native American rock art depict a hunting scene. They are located along the towering rock walls on the western side of Utah Scenic Byway 279. Petroglyphs are chiseled,pecked or incised images. According to archaeologists, these were created during the Archaic (6,000 - 1,000 B.C.) cultural periods.
